Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Forest Township, Rice County, will receive quotes for approximately 6,000 – 8,000 tons of crushed rock ¾ minus with 8% to 12% fines to be delivered and spread on Township roads no later than August 15, 2023.

A certificate of insurance must be included with all quotes. A 10% performance bond will be required from the approved quote within 10 days of acceptance. The approved contractor will be required to sign a service agreement supplied by Forest Township.

Mail quotes to Ron Gernandt, 12771 Echo Ave, Lonsdale, MN  55046 by April 5, 2023. Quotes may also be received at the Forest Township monthly board meeting (3625 Millersburg Blvd, Faribault) on April 5, 2022 at 6:00 pm.

Quotes will be opened April 5, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Forest Town Hall. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes.
