Circle Lake Estates
The Circle Lake Estates Environmental Subordinate Service District began operation for the residents in 2005. There are 33 homes in this community septic district. The Community Septic System is defined as starting at the inlet of the individuals septic tank in the homeowner’s yard. The Community Septic System consists of both the common and private portions as defined by law. The Community Septic System is maintained by Advanced Septic. The district is under the control and management of the Forest Township Board of Supervisors.

Residents in the Circle Lake Estates Subordinate Service District meet biannually to discuss the operations and financials of the Community Septic System. Community septic annual maintenance costs are determined by property owner’s and the amount is assessed yearly on the owner’s property taxes. Next meeting to be held in 2025.
