The Forest Town hall can be rented by Forest township residents, government agencies, non-profits, and select meetings open to the public.

The Town Hall is located at 3625 Millersburg Boulevard, Faribault, MN. There is an occupancy limit of 100. There are 9 folding tables and 73 chairs included for use.  If you would like to reserve the Town Hall, please follow the instruction below. The cost to rent the Town Hall is $125.00 per day. Government agencies, non-profits, and other select meetings open to the public may be available for a reduced rate. If you are a government agency or non-profit, please fill out the Forest Township Town Hall Discount Application below and email it to foresttwpclerk@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy:

  • If the renter cancels prior to 60 days of the rental, $100 will be refunded.
  • If the renter cancels between 30 – 60 days of the rental, $75 will be refunded.
  • If the renter cancels between 0 – 30 days of the rental, there will be no refund.

If you provide alcohol (selling is not allowed) during your rental, then you are required to add a rider on your homeowner insurance for event coverage.

  2. Please fill out the the Online Rental Application. You must be a Forest Township resident with a Forest Township address to reserve the Town Hall.
