Circle Lake Community Septic
The Circle Lake Environmental Subordinate Service District began operation for the residents in 1998. There are 26 homes in this community septic district. The Community Septic System is defined as starting at the inlet of the individuals septic tank in the homeowner’s yard. The Community Septic System consists of both the common and private portions as defined by law. The Community Septic System is maintained by Advanced Septic. The district is under the control and management of the Forest Township Board of Supervisors.

Residents in the Circle Lake Subordinate Service District meet biannually to discuss the the operations and financials of the Community Septic System. Community septic annual maintenance costs are determined by property owner’s and the amount is assessed yearly on the owner’s property taxes. The next meeting will be held in June 2025 at the Forest Town Hall.
